Build-Up Application: Machinable Great for farm implement and cast iron build-up. A variety of metal powders are offered for various applications.
Build-up Powder Options:

• FPBP-22 (22 Rockwell) Shaft build-up; cast iron repair, cracked exhaust manifolds. Easily machined

• FPBP-40- Bearing surfaces, gear teeth, shaft build-up. Machinable

• FPWP-60: Cam lobes, sealing surfaces. Not machinable

• FPWP-10: Plow shears, cultivator sweeps, disk blades, augers, harvesters knives Excellent for metal to earth wear

• FPWP-600: Same as above - for high wear applications
